Q: What if my item is damaged?
A: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly and we were not contacted before production is complete, the buyer is fully responsible for any lost items.
You must report any damage or order issues within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, email INFO@CODED.LTD If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.
Do not send back your item without first getting approval it will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Note: your bank or card company may take a few days to post the refund.
Q: How does your refund policy work?
A: Once an order is placed and production has begun or the item is shipped, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, order changes, or cancellations. Please double-check your sizing and product selection before checking out.
Refunds are only given if:
- The wrong item was sent(size, colour etc)
- Item was damaged from our side
To resolve an issue quickly, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item
